I am having a DELL laptop, in the manual they mentioned the battery life of the laptop is nearly 2:30 hours, but my laptop delivers only 1 hour after full charging, they were not replacing it, I contact to the consumer court and now I don't know why I received a phone call form DELL manager, they changed the battery and now its working very fine. Million thanks to consumer court.
